Metropolitan Park & Nature Center Tour

Begin with a morning pickup from your hotel in Panama City. Drive to the Metropolitan Natural Park, a 573-acre haven home to three species of monkeys, two varieties of sloths, and over 400 species of birds.

Enjoy a short hike to a lookout point, where you can take in stunning views of Panama City. After the hike, enjoy a snack  and bottled water.

Next, head to the Panama Nature Center, a non-profit wildlife-rescue organization. Learn about their work rescuing and nursing baby sloths and other medium-sized wild animals such as sloths and anteaters. Hear from a team of volunteers, scientists, and experts about the natural history of these animals and the efforts to preserve them.

After a 1.5-hour visit to the center, return to your hotel.
